Bonus survey refers to the extra surveys you can use to invite non-company members
You will receive a notification that you’ve exhausted all your Bonus surveys and you will be prompted to buy more.
The number of team members you can invite depends on the plan you have. If you have four team members you can send unlimited invites to them, but once a new team member joins the team, you need to upgrade in order to invite additional team members.
You can email our technical support team at support@growthrx.com. Our tech representative will be happy to assist you.
Plans are per account and is billed annually. Upgrading will enable you to add additional team members to invite.
All records associated with the deleted team member will be removed from your dashboard.
